• We do not deliver to P.O box address.
• We are unable to process international order at the moment. Please contact us on greatcoffee@millilitre.my for international shipping arrangement.
• All shipment will be ship based on shipping detail provided in order form. To ensure prompt delivery, please ensure that you provide accurate delivery address, contact details including telephone number and email address.
• Shipment tracking number will be provided upon ship out from our facility via email. Tracking number will be activated within 12 hours.
• Millilitre is not liable for any product damage|lost once it is handover to our courier partners. We will assist in filling claim against any damage | lost.

• Free delivery for orders above RM120.
• Using DHL ecommerce courier service
• Delivery Fee: RM10
• Shipping fees will be calculated and display at checkout.
• Ship out within 2 working days upon order confirmation.
• Order is not ship or deliver within weekends or holidays.
• Deliver may take additional time due sales campaign, holidays, pandemic, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Standard Delivery East Malaysia

• Using Citylink courier service
• Delivery Fee: RM15 for first kg, subsequence KG at RM 10/kg
  Example :
  0.0kg – 1kg = RM 15
  1.01kg – 2kg = RM 25
  2.01kg – 3kg = RM 35
